Steam occasionally does weekend deals and sales periods offering game titles at a discounted price. This weekend, it’s at it again with the 2014 edition of Ubisoft Weekend. Sales period like these are always a great time for us to grab older game titles that we’ve always wanted, but there were just too many of them or were too expensive during the release.
Over the Ubisoft Catalog page, there are a whopping 84 Ubisoft titles that are on sale now — most of them at 35% while a select few are up to 75% off their usual prices.
Because of the time zone difference, the sales actually started this morning/afternoon (February 21st), and will go on throughout the weekend until sometime Monday morning/afternoon (February 24th).
Ubisoft is the developer for many blockbuster titles including the Assassin’s Creed games, and this whole franchise (sans the latest title, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag) are all on sale right now; some of them are available for US$12.99 (~RM42.90).
Besides this, other popular games franchises like Far Cry, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Call of Juarez, Brothers in Arms, and Prince of Persia, are all at a 35% discount too.
Since the sale will be going on for the next three days, tomorrow and the day after we’ll see some of these titles get featured to get up to 75% discount, so you might want to hold off from purchasing them for now.
Head on to Steam to check out these deals.
